General Questions
Is there a fee to sign up?
Sign-up is FREE. You don’t ever have to pay us a PENNY to make Xtreme Cash with us. Simply complete the online registration form, select your banners and start making big money!
How does Xtremepay work?
Xtremepay is a webmaster service that pays you for promoting the best herbal products and services via your website. Xtremepay is a transaction-based performance commerce network; you as a webmaster earn commission based on transactions that are initiated by visitors who move through the Xtremepay ads, banners, or links on your site.
When do I get paid?
Xtremepay pays you every two weeks. This payment will include your previous two weeks transactions proved that you have accumulated the minimum payout (as specified on your account) during those two weeks.
If you have not reached your minimum, your payout will carry over to the following two week period until your specified minimum threshold is met. Payments are calculated on the 15th and 30th of each month. All checks are completed and mailed on or before the 20th and 5th of each month for the preceding two weeks payout. Service Questions
Is there a processing fee taken off my affiliate commission?
Unlike some affiliate programs we take no hidden fees off your affiliate check.
What are my payment options?
You can either receive payment by check or for a $20 USD fee we will wire you the money.
How do you track my sales?
When you use your personalized affiliate links our order system we track any sales made from you with both cookies and session ids to make sure you receive commissions for all your sales. After following your link the cookies are kept for 30 days so if someone returns to us and buys you’ll still get full commission for the initial referral.
Do I use the same user ID or linking code to refer other webmasters?
Yes, you will be credited for any referred webmaster that signs up using your unique linking ID. You will find the webmaster referral link in the “Referred Webmasters” section of your affiliate account.
What can I do to maximize my profits and conversions?

Can I display multiple banners on multiple sites?
Yes! You can post different banners and links to our many different products on the same page or site. We recommend posting as many banners as you can on your site. This gives your customers the best opportunity to click through and place an order bringing Big Bucks to you!
Can I promote more than one product?
Take a look at our huge list of sites available and we’re sure you’ll find many incredible websites to promote. We give you a great choice of products so you can promote what you like. We want YOU to make big money!
Do you accept international traffic?
We happily welcome webmasters from any country to sign up with Xtremepay. All payments are made in US dollars, and you will have to arrange your own tax payments in your country.
Can I link from a foreign site?
Yes, though most of the sites available are in English. Please contact us info@Xtremepay.com for more information on foreign language referrals.
Do you allow blind links?
No, you should always state where you are sending your clients on the link itself, either in text or as a banner. We have quite a variety of excellent banners to choose from for each available product and site.
What is your policy on SPAM?
Xtremepay.com has a ZERO (“0”) tolerance for Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE) or SPAM. Any affiliate webmaster or site owner that is found to be using UBE to promote any of our sites, or programs will be terminated from the program, will be banned from future participation in any Xtremepay programs, and will not be paid for any accrued commissions up to that point.
Troubleshooting Questions
How do I change my account information?
Simply login to your account and select “Account Details” from the top menu. This will give you a page where you can view and edit your account details.
How do I reach someone for customer care?
All questions or comments should be directed to info@xtremepay.com where someone will be available to answer your questions. Email correspondence is usually responded to within 24 hours (except on weekends). We are striving to provide the ultimate service so you can make the MOST out of Xtremepay!
I haven’t received my check yet, what should I do?
It’s possible you haven’t reached your minimum payment required for a check (please check you account information for more details). We do ask that you allow up to 28 days for your check to arrive in the mail. If you are having problems please contact us at info@xtremepay.com and we will do our best to help you out.
How can I track my clicks?
Your statistics will be readily available to you at all times through logging in to your account. Simply click the “Stats” button to pull up your statistical record.
Can I refer other webmasters?
Yes you can refer other webmasters and you’ll receive 5% of their commissions on top of yours. They still get their full 40% too, so it’s a win win situation.
Where do I find banners/links?
All banners and code links are contained within your account. Get to them by clicking the top menu selection “Banners-HTML”.
